Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
All Xee Summer Atelier art pieces are custom-made to order. We deliver nationwide straight to your door! Please allow +- 3-5 business days for printing and framing production. Once produced, domestic shipping within South Africa takes +- 5-7 business days. To keep things simple, our domestic shipping rates are based on your order total and whether your delivery address falls within a major courier network.
Main City Centers: For deliveries to major metropolitan hubs (such as Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, Bloemfontein, and George):

Orders under R999: A standard flat shipping rate of R120 applies.

Orders of R999 or more: We are thrilled to offer you FREE complimentary shipping!
Regional & Outlying Areas: If your delivery address is in a smaller regional town, on a farm, a lodge, or an outlying area (places that require a driver to travel outside the main city networks), a standard regional freight surcharge will apply at checkout. This surcharge is necessary to ensure your artwork reaches you safely via specialized regional couriers, and it applies regardless of the final order value.
International Orders We love sending our artwork across the globe! To provide you with the most accurate and cost-effective airfreight rates, international shipping is quoted on an ad-hoc basis. If you are located outside of South Africa, please email us at xiacarstens@icloud.com with a list of the pieces you would like (or leave an abandoned cart) and tell us your exact shipping address. We will quickly calculate the best courier rate and send you a secure custom invoice to complete your purchase.
Local Cape Town Orders can be collected by appointment at our Gardens Studio. Please contact us to arrange.
